Bugaboo's is a locally owned and operated pet store in Cornwall, Ontario. We offer natural, organic and holistic foods, treats and accessories for cats and dogs and other small animals.

Bugaboo's
House of Pets.
As "Bugaboo" approached her ninth life, we wanted to get her the
best organic food and holistic care we could find.
But living in Cornwall we didn't have many options.
So we found her organic baby food and this prolonged her life for 2
more years.
We wanted better nutrition for her and couldn't find what we were
looking for near by.
Like many pet owners we were one of millions jarred by the tainted pet food scare of 2007 that has resulted in about 1,600 Canadians filing claims in a $24 million settlement with Menu Foods. We were concerned for the safety and heath of our two cats and started looking for new food alternatives.
One of the key reasons why people should switch to Organic, Holistic and Natural foods is because of the ingredients. No corn, no sugars and no additives to harm your pet that you love so much. Feeding your animal too much sugar can down the road trigger diabetes. Some of these foods will eliminate some problems your pet is having and saving you vet bills in the long run.
Basic animal food has sugars, corn and empty calories or more "filler" then your pet needs. Your pet will feel fuller or bloated without the proper nutrition that they really need.
Yes going this route for a good food source is a little more expensive but it takes less food to sustain your pet.
We sell an assortment of small animals such as birds, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, chinchilla's and ferret's. Bugaboo's also carry Koi, Comet and Shubunkin for the pond community.
Here at Bugaboo's we are helping the community of Cornwall by working along with the local OSPCA by having an adopt a pet program. We also take donations and food to help out the poor animals dropped off there almost weekly.
